Our products and accessories can be ordered online, by mail, or by phone.
Order Online - Click on 'Add to Cart' button to add items to your cart and follow instructions to complete the ordering process.
Order by Phone - Please call 920-757-1718
Order by Mail - On the summary order page of shopping cart order process select 'check' or 'money order' as your method of payment, click Continue, click Place Order, then print form and mail it to The General Store, N1246 Thrush Dr, Greenville, WI 54942.
Shipping Cost - We offer UPS and United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are based on weight of the package(s). To determine shipping cost, place items into you cart and click on Estimated Shipping Charges and enter your city, state and zipcode in the popup window.
When is My Order Shipped? - All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, and we manage it over 99% of the time, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped
International Orders - Unfortunately we don't ship to countries outside the US and Canada.
Shipping to Canada - We ship to Canada via International Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. UPS shipping is also available, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org To determine shipping cost, place items into you cart and click on Estimated Shipping Charges and enter your city, Province and postal code in the popup window.
Customs: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Buyer assumes all risk of loss of any confiscations made by customs
Delivery Time - On the shipping page of the shopping cart order process click on Time In Transit.
Payment Types - We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Checks and Money Orders.
Return Policy - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. The tool must be unused, and in the original undamaged packaging. Returned items maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please follow the steps below:

Limited Warranty - All Proxxon consumer power tools will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of Two Years from the date of purchase. Defective tools are to be returned to Proxxon Service Center (please email us at email@example.com for details) for replacement or repair. This Limited Warranty does not apply to accessory items such as circular saw blades, drill bits, jigsaw blades, router bits, sanding discs, grinding wheels and other related items. Damage to the product resulting from tampering, accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repaires or alterations, unapproved attachments or other causes unrelated to problems with material or workmanship are not covered by this warranty.
